Surviving a House Fire
My family went through one of the most traumatic experiences we ever hope to go through–a house fire. We were extremely lucky in that no one was home, even the family pet was outside, so there was no loss of life or injury to anyone; almost everything else could be replaced.
AAS Restoration provided the people, knowledge, and craftsmen to help replace our home. They were organized, worked in a timely manner, and were sensitive to the situation my family was in. After the inside of our home was gutted and the rebuilding was over, we moved back into our home. We were excited to be back and the home was beautiful once again. I credit much of this to AAS Restoration’s knowing how to communicate, addressing concerns we had along the way with quick responses, and working with the city and our insurance company about things they uncovered. They had a team of people working on our home and working for us.
