An AAS tech will explain the cleaning process that will be used, which will depend on the type of fabric being cleaned. A carpet or upholstery protector can be applied if you desire. The tech will leave you with a free bottle of professional spotter to take care of spills and accidents between major cleanings. Pre-loss Inventory: Using the most up-to-date technology available, AAS Restoration can digitally record and inventory your personal or commercial property. We can provide you with a detailed, accurate list of your contents, their condition, and their location. This record is yours to keep in a safe place, i.e. lockbox, from which you could retrieve it should a disaster ever strike your home or business. The inventory would provide you with all the necessary information you and your insurance carrier would need should a loss occur. Unfortunately, after a fire, water, or tornado loss occurs, there are often no contents to inventory. A pre-loss documentation would save you from the heartache and the overwhelming and time-consuming task of trying to remember what possessions you had, while providing proof of ownership.

Tile and grout cleaning: Our industry-proven tile-cleaning process cleans tile and grout without overuse of harsh acids that can weaken your grout over time. After the grout is cleaned, a technician who is IICRC-certified in tile and grout cleaning, can reseal the grout to keep spills and stains from penetrating the surface. You will be quoted a price based on square footage to be cleaned and/or re-grouted.
