Emergency Response Program
The Emergency Response Program (ERP) is designed for commercial property owners. It offers them a format for preparedness in case of a loss from fire, wind, water, or natural disaster. An AAS Specialist meets with the property owner or manager before there is a need for our services. The Specialist will obtain all pertinent information about the property in order to be prepared for an immediate response should the need arise. Any property with an ERP agreement would be the first priority for AAS crews before they began handling any other claims for its services. The agreement would establish a set price for the services AAS provides. Whenever an emergency occurs, the property owner or manager would simply call AAS’ number which is answered by an operator 24 hours a day/seven days a week. There would be no need to spend valuable time trying to find a restoration company online, or in the phone book, while dozens of other victims are doing the same thing. A signed ERP agreement with already agreed upon pricing will also insure that the owner/manager will not have to wait on an adjuster to arrive on the scene to give his approval, allowing the restoration process to proceed without further delay. AAS Restoration & Roofing will respond quickly with a trained crew to provide the services needed to restore the property and to avoid further damage. The AAS Specialist will have already walked the property, listing its size, finishes, and the specific needs of the property manager before the emergency has occurred. This information will allow our crews to react fast and efficiently, as well as to save the property owner/manager time and money. AAS’ goal is to provide excellent service while decreasing the possibility of business interruption.
