If your structure is undergoing reconstruction, AAS will store your personal property in its climate-controlled warehouse until the renovations are complete. AAS Restoration’s Contents Division takes extreme measures to provide the utmost care, security, and accessibility to all items brought to our facility. AAS team members will photograph your property and take a digital inventory, notating the property’s condition and where it is located.
Contents are cleaned using state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including the Esporta Wash System for your textiles and soft goods and the Fireline System for Deodorization and odor modification occur in the ozone chamber onsite. Stored property will be returned upon completion of the reconstruction process. AAS Restoration’s contents division will clean and deodorize all affected contents from clothing, furniture, and upholstery to artwork, electronics, and heirlooms.
